Now there's a possible explanation for the he said/she said: Kutcher, 32, and Moore, 47, have an open marriage, RadarOnline reports.
According to the gossip site, Kutcher told his alleged mistress Brittney Jones that he and his wife are allowed to fool around on the side -- and regularly have threesomes. However, Kutcher still may have broken the rules.
“He (Ashton) said they share women, but he isn’t supposed to go off and sleep with women on his own,” Brittney said. Kutcher reportedly said Moore had to be there and that she likes to pick the girls herself.
Regardless of whether these allegations are true, Kutcher and his wife truly seem like one of the happiest couples in Hollywood -- or anywhere for that matter. In fact, they reportedly caught "The Social Network" together this weekend -- just like we did with our hubby. They just seem ... normal.
So if they do in fact have an open marriage, perhaps that's the secret to their marital spark? We're not saying that choice would be right for everyone, but if it works for them, who are we to judge?

Open marriage can work if both partners say yes, and maintain very good communication with each other. If either partner does not feel comfortable with the arrangement, it won't work.
