Does anyone know how to find specific bills/legislation?

I live in Oklahoma and there is debate over whether or not to allow concealed carry permit holders to bring hand guns on campus or not. I know Utah and and Colorado have bills allowing guns on campus but I am having trouble finding the legislation. If anyone knows how I could read these bills I would appreciate it. Some people feel that there is an increased risk of a repeat of Virginia Tech, and others feel that if other students had the ability to defend themselves, the tragedy could have been averted much sooner with a siginificantly lower casualty rate,
