Teachers should be allowed to touch children who need comfort and should be allowed free speech to share Jesus (not preach, but confirm the bible is true and Jesus is alive and God still answers prayer).

Assuming you mean Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, I cannot name a *specific* piece of legislation. However, since bleeding-heart liberals controlled both the Senate and the House throughout much of the '90s, sufficient oversight of the housing market was sadly lacking! So many of these "do-gooders" felt home ownership by people who could not *really* afford it should be part of the American Dream - which has now turned into a nightmare!
