How can the minority party be successful in passing legislation if it has less members than the majority?

All legislation should be acceptable to both parties.



Ideally, politicians learn that their job is to look after the best interest of the entire country, not their own agenda. Politicians that say no just to play politics are doing the entire country a disservice.

Congresspeople don't need to operate so strictly along party lines.
