How effective has Federal legislation been in curtailing white-collar and corporate crime?
Unfortunately not very effective because the top boss is himself a criminal. Whenever you have someone at the top who does criminal acts then his subordinates more so than not seem to follow his example. That includes corporations and other business entities that look up to whomever is in charge and follow their lead. It's like a mother or father who is head of a family and does things that are considered bad and his/her children see this and tend to do the same things...
