Was there a lack of common sense somehow unintentionally induced by anti-harrassment legislation ?

person X talks person Y out of making a complaint.

person X is reprimanded for doing this.

thereafter person X rubber-stamps all complaints that arrive his desk.

Therefore person X tends to rubber-stamp any idea arriving at his desk. Was there a lack of common sense somehow unintentionally induced by anti-harrassment legislation ?My dear Shariputra,

it is very simple: we are living an era called the end of Kaliyuga. All new rules and all new regulations, and all new stuff, all this implies a defect somewhere. And stupidity goes with it. Not common sense. We have lost almost all idea of common sense. This is global, not specific of any special group or country. It is a worldwide phenomenon. I travel a lot.Was there a lack of common sense somehow unintentionally induced by anti-harrassment legislation ?whts this.
