i mean how it benefits the individuals and to what extent does it benefits, how hard is it to convict a person? thanks in advance.How Effective is the Legislation, Computer Misuse Act (1990)?Law is still Law even if some may consider the subject of that law electronic and to such does not exist. So if you break it, your still going to pay for your crimes. Then again... That's only if you get caught.
